HAMILTON, BERMUDA: 9 October 2023 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Kendall Re Ltd. (The “Company”) announced the following:

 

·         Yulanda Francis’ appointment as Brian Desmond’s alternate director has been rescinded with effect from 28 August 2023

·         Brian Desmond has resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from 25 September 2023.

·         Ben Wright was appointed a Director of the Company with effect from 25 September 2023.

·         Razi Naqvi was appointment as Ben Wright’s alternate with effect from 25 September 2023.
