Delisting of Eclipse Re Ltd Series 2023-1A Notes and Series 2023-2A Notes due January 1, 2024
Hamilton, Bermuda: 4 January 2024 – Eclipse Re Ltd., (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s below listed notes:
· Eclipse Re Ltd Series 2023-1A Notes - SAC EC0051- due January 1, 2024
· Eclipse Re Ltd Series 2023-2A Notes - SAC EC0052- due January 1, 2024
The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Thursday, 4 January 2024.
