Hamilton, Bermuda: 23 February 2024 – Easton Re Pte Ltd., (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the following:
Easton Re Pte. Ltd PAR VR Note Program
Easton Re Pte. Ltd Series 2020-1 Class A Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes due January 8, 2024
The Exchange has therefore de-listed the programme and note pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Friday, 23 February 2024.
