Hamilton, Bermuda: 21 May 2024 – Veritas Group Ltd., (“Veritas” or the “Company”) (BSX: VERI.BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) that it is voluntarily withdrawing its listing of common shares from the Mezzanine Market of the BSX following the approval of the delisting by relevant shareholders under BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.31 (2).

 

The de-listing of Veritas common shares from the BSX is effective today Wednesday, 29 May 2024.
