BSX Admitted to Membership of America’s Central Securities Depositories Association (ACSDA)
Hamilton, Bermuda, February 21, 2008 – The BSX announced today, that at ACSDA’s 10th Annual General Assembly in Panama City Panama, the BSX/BSD was admitted to America’s Central Securities Depositories Association. The Caja Venezolana de Valores, S.A. (C.V.V.), Venezuela and Barbados Central Securities Depository Inc. were also admitted.

BSX Granted Designation As A Recognised Stock Exchange By The United Kingdom’s HM Revenue And Customs
Hamilton, Bermuda, December 6, 2007 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) is pleased to announce that with effect from 4 December 2007, the Board of the United Kingdom’s HM Revenue and Customs have designated the Bermuda Stock Exchange as a “Recognised Stock Exchange”.

Investment Agreement Between Arrow Funds and W.P. Stewart & Co., Ltd. Amended; Tender Offer for Common Shares of W.P. Stewart & Co., Ltd. Extended
Hamilton, Bermuda, July 7, 2008 -- W.P. Stewart & Co., Ltd. (NYSE:WPL) ("W.P. Stewart") and Arrow Masters LP, Arrow Partners LP and Arrow Offshore, Ltd. (collectively, the "Arrow Funds") jointly announced today that they have amended their Investment Agreement, dated May 20, 2008, to add two additional funds as purchasers.

BCB Advises BSX of Increased Shareholding
Hamilton, Bermuda, July 3, 2008 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised by Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd (BCB BH) pursuant to BSX Regulation 6-14 (2), Chapter 6, Section IIA, that First Curacao International Bank Limited’s shareholding has increased from 46.14% (2,056,001 shares) to 49.74% (2,861,577 shares) which is an increase of 3.6% of the common shares listed.
