Hamilton, Bermuda:  March 19, 2024 – CRA Aircraft Holdings Bermuda Ltd (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) of the early redemption of CRA Aircraft Holdings Bermuda Ltd - Subordinated 11% Promissory Note Due 31 December, 2024 and has voluntarily withdrawn their listing on the BSX:

 

The de-listing of the securities from the BSX pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.34 is effective today, March 19, 2024.
