Hamilton, Bermuda: 4 April 2024 – Following the Exchange being advised of their early redemption by the Issuer, the BSX announces the de-listing of the following Eagle Re 2020-1 Ltd. Notes:

·         Eagle Re 2020-1 Ltd Class M-1B-RegS - Mortgage Insurance-Linked Notes due January 25, 2030

·         Eagle Re 2020-1 Ltd Class M-1B-Rule144A - Mortgage Insurance-Linked Notes due January 25, 2030

·         Eagle Re 2020-1 Ltd Class M-1C-RegS - Mortgage Insurance-Linked Notes due January 25, 2030

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Thursday, 4 April 2024.
