Everest Capital Emerging Markets Ltd. ("the Fund") (formerly Everest Capital Frontier Ltd.) was incorporated in BVI on December 30, 1994 as a Professional Fund.

Everest Capital Emerging Markets Ltd. is a multi-strategy emerging markets fund that invests primarily in equities (long/short) and also high yield and distressed debt (long/short), currencies, arbitrages and special situations. The Fund invests across regions and asset classes to take advantage of the natural growth opportunities existing in emerging economies as well as the many inefficiencies and poorly researched securities in these markets.

The assets of the Fund are invested through a "master feeder" fund structure into Everest Capital Emerging Markets Fund, L.P.
