Originally known as Codrington Partners Limited before changing its name to M2 Global Ltd in August 2008, the Company approved a Resolution on 30 April, 2010, formally changing the name to Ubixo Limited Shares were initially offered to Qualified Investors at US$ 2.32 per share.
