Investment Objective

The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve superior risk-adjusted real

 returns by investment in private equities as well as in a diversified range of

 equities, mutual funds and related instruments.  Any funds selected will offer

a spread of investments across geographic regions and asset classes and

will place emphasis on long term capital growth in the European Property Sector.
