Fund Investment Objective:

Aurum Atlas Dollar Fund Ltd (the Dollar Feeder Fund) invests solely into Aurum

Atlas Fund Ltd (the Master Fund).

The Master Fund is a diversified global fund of funds that seeks long term capital

growth by investing in growth areas, including emerging markets, natural

resources and commodities using a mix of hedge fund strategies including

equity long/short, macro and commodities.
