Investment Objective:

The investment objective of the Short Term Income Institutional Class of Shares is to seek as high a level of current income as is consistent with the preservation of invested capital while maintaining a high degree of liquidity through investment in high quality dollar denominated debt securities of, or guaranteed by, the US government, its agencies, other governmental entities and supranational entities provided that their remaining maturity does not exceed five years. Investment may also be made in high quality, publicly traded debt securities of major corporations located throughout the world. Investment may be made in fixed income securities with remaining maturities of more than five years when the features of the security, such as a call feature, make it likely that the fixedincome security will be redeemed within five years of the date of purchase. Holdings of securities with a maturity of more than five (5) years will be limited to 10% of the Net Asset Value of the Class.
