Mona Lisa Re Ltd. is a Bermuda exempted company registration number 47143 under the laws of Bermuda, and registered as a Special Purpose Insurer in Bermuda.

The nominal market capitalization of the Notes of the listing is US$150,000,000 being the total face value of the Series 2013-2 Class A Notes which are exposed to loss events (named storms and earthquakes) on a per occurrence or aggregate basis during the Risk period, as specified in the Circular.  The Series 2013-2 Class A Notes are subject to extension at the election of the Ceding Insurer, as described in the Circular.

The Notes are issued in minimum denominations of $250,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof.
