Hyper Secure Ltd. was incorporated on April 10, 2013 in Bermuda.  Its principal registered office is located at 35 Crow Lane, East Broadway, Devonshire, HM 19 Bermuda.  The Company was originally formed to acquire and develop certain products and services based on patent rights under U.S. Patent #7,780,080 and ongoing development in the patent stage, further expanding HSL’s IP pool and technology / product roadmaps.

Hyper Secure Ltd. was founded on the premise of providing a secured and high speed connection for information transfer over the WWW using the open Internet.  The Company’s offering is based on a Cloud Computing Environment which requires a high level of data encryption and decryption which can substantially slow the interacting environment.  HSL is developing an environment which allows for high level of encryption and decryption of sensitive data with improved speed.  This coupled with our Biometric authentication system provides the highest security with the highest data transfer speeds.  The Company is developing applications which address the major concerns of transferring secured data over the Internet.
