Nakama Re Ltd. is a company incorporated as an exempted company under the laws of Bermuda on 30 July 2013 under company number 48012 with registered office address at Canon’s Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton HM12, Bermuda. The company has applied to the BMA to be registered as a Special Purpose Insurer under the Bermuda Insurance Act 1978, as amended, and this registration is anticipated on the 23 August 2013.

US$300 Million Series-1 2013 Notes due September 29, 2016 and issued pursuant to the Program and in accordance with specific terms set out in the prospectus supplement are exposed to the peril of Earthquake affecting the Covered Territory on a per occurrence basis during the Loss Occurrence Period. The Notes are issued in minimum denominations of $250,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof.
