The Issuer, Tradewynd Re Ltd., is a Bermuda exempted company licensed as a special purpose insurer under the Bermuda Insurance Act 1978, as amended, and owned by a Bermuda purpose trust.

Series 2013-2 Class 3-B Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes due January 9, 2017 (the "Class 3-B Notes" and together with the Class 1-A Notes, the Class 1-B Notes and the Class 3-A Notes, the "Series 2013-2 Notes"), are exposed to Named Storm Events and Earthquake Events on a per occurrence basis during the Risk Period.
