Kaith Re Ltd. is a Bermuda exempted company and registered as a Class 3 insurer under the Bermuda Insurance Act 1978, as amended on 01 January, 2006, and as a segregated accounts company, under the Segregated Accounts Companies Act 2000, as amended, on 16 January, 2006.

The segregated account, “Leine Re”, was established on 19 November, 2014, for the issuance of the Notes and the entry into and performance of the Retrocession Agreement, the Trust Deed and related agreements and activities.
