The Galileo Re Ltd. US$300,000,000 Series 2015-1 Class A Principle-At Risk Variable Rate Notes Due 8 January 2018(“Series 2015-1 Class A Notes) were issued 4 February 2015 and pursuant to the Listed Program for Qualified Investors.

The Galileo Re Ltd Series 2015-1 Class A Notes are in accordance with specific terms set out in the offering circular for the Program of 16 October 2013 with the Supplement effective as of 4 February 2015.The $300,000,000 Series 2015-1 Class A Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes due January 8, 2018 are exposed to Named Storms affecting the Named Storm Covered Area, Earthquakes affecting the Earthquake Covered Area and Europe Windstorms affecting the Europe Windstorm Covered Area on an annual aggregate basis during the Risk Period.

The Notes are issued in minimum denominations of $250,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof.
