Azzurro Re I Limited (Issuer) was incorporated under the laws of Ireland on 30 March, 2015 under company number 559615. Walkers Ireland Shareholding Services Limited, an Irish private limited company (the “Share Trustee”), holds all of the Issuer’s issued and outstanding share capital in trust for charitable purposes.

The Issuer is not, and does not intend to become, a licensed insurance or reinsurance company in any state of the United States or in any jurisdiction other than Ireland.
