The Company was incorporated with limited liability in Guernsey and registered on 13th October 2014 (registration number 59158) (“the Company”) under the provisions of The Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008, as amended.  The Company has a share capital comprised of 1 Management Share of AUD1.00 and 999,000 Ordinary Shares of AUD0.01 each. The one Management Shares is in issue for administration reasons and was issued at par and held by the Administrator.

The Investment Objective

The Investment Objective of the Company is to invest in a diversified portfolio of private equity and other specialised opportunities. Investments that offer an annual income stream while over the long term offer capital growth will be sought and the Investment Manager will be more focused on the ability of potential investments to generate sustainable profits and free cash flow rather than the volatility of the investment value in the short to medium term.    The Company will capitalise on the expertise of the Investment Manager in order to achieve the Investment Objectives..

The Investment Policy

As determined by the Board, after considering recommendations from the Investment Manager, the Company, will target investment opportunities in the three key investment strategies;

(a) Special situations and sector specific opportunities
(b) Private equity
(c) Niche property
