The Kilimanjaro Re US$ 300,000,000 Series 2015-1 Class D Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes due 6 December, 2019 and approximately US$325,000,000 Series 2015-1 Class E Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes due 6 December, 2019 (the “Series 2015-1Notes”), will be exposed to Named Storms and Earthquakes affecting the Covered Area on a per occurrence basis during the Risk Period. The Notes are being issued pursuant to the listed and existing Kilimanjaro Re Limited Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Program.
