Established in 2014, the Issuer is a United Kingdom based entity & is a specialist construction, property and support services platform with registered businesses and operations throughout East Africa.

Incorporated in England & Wales with registered number 9107183, the Issuer intends to issue up to a total principal amount of $20,000,000 through Series A and Series B Notes (the “Notes”). The Notes will be issued in separate tranches by way of one or more private placements to Qualified Investors and will have a fifteen month maturity (the “Programme”).

The Sunbird Business Services Limited Series 3B 14% Convertible Notes, Due 16 December, 2017 was admitted to the BSX on 19 September 2016 in the nominal amount of US$1,300,000 of Notes coming under Section IIIB of the BSX Listing regulations for Qualified Investors.
