The Series 2016-1 Notes will be exposed to Named Storms affecting the Named Storm Covered Area, North America Earthquakes affecting the North America Earthquake Covered Area, Europe Windstorms affecting the Europe Windstorm Covered Area, Australia Tropical Cyclones affecting the Australia Tropical Cyclone Covered Area and Australia Earthquakes affecting the Australia Earthquake Covered Area on an annual aggregate basis during the Risk Period and utilizing, with respect to Named Storm Events and North America Earthquake Events.
