Northshore Re II Ltd., is registered as a Special Purpose Insurer in Bermuda. The Notes will be exposed to Named Storms affecting the Named Storm Covered Area and Earthquakes affecting the Earthquake Covered Area on a per occurrence basis during the Risk Period.
