Kaith Re Ltd. (the “Company”) is a Bermuda exempted company incorporated on 13 March 2002 with registration number 31713 and with registered office address at Canon’s Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton HM 12, Bermuda. The Company was registered as a segregated accounts company on 16 January 2006 and licensed as a Class 3 Insurer by the Bermuda Monetary Authority on 1 January 2006. The segregated account designated as LI Re was established pursuant to a Board resolution passed by the Issuer on 24 July 2014.
Kaith Re Ltd acting in respect of its Segregated Account LI Re, pursuant to its Listed Programme.The Kaith Re Ltd LI Re Segregated Account “LI Re” USD $9,999,960 Series 2017- 1 Insurance Linked Bond due April 10, 2019 is exposed to California (USA) Earthquake Risks as further specified in the Reinsurance Agreement.
