Acamar Films Limited (the “Issuer” or the “Company”) is a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 04399568, and having its registered office at Hanover House, 14 Hanover Square, London, W1S 1HP, England.
The Issuer is a production and character licensing company based in Camden, London. Following the production of a 78-episode television series based on the children’s animation character Bing, the Company is developing commercially the brand. The Company is issuing Notes to finance working capital in advance of the receipt of anticipated licensing and other media revenues.
