(the “Company”) was incorporated on 7th July 2009 in the form of a limited private company by shares in accordance with Companies Act 1967 under the laws of Singapore with company number 200912282N. It was known as Cheuvreux/CLSA Global Portfolio Trading Pte. Ltd. and subsequently changed its name to CLSA Global Markets Pte. Ltd. with effect from 1st October 2012. The Company’s registered office is at 80 Raffles Place, #18-01, UOB Plaza, Singapore (048624).

As set out in its Memorandum of Association, the objects for which the Company is formed and incorporated are unrestricted and the Company has all the powers of a natural person.
