GLOBAL VOYAGER FUNDS LIMITED (“the Company”), is an open-ended exempted mutual fund company of unlimited duration limited by shares incorporated under the laws of Bermuda with registration number 50358 on 12 June, 2015. The Company is a Bermuda Standard Fund under the IFA and registered as a segregated accounts company pursuant to the SAC Act. Each of the Segregated Accounts constitutes a separate Fund with its own underlying investment strategy.

North American Founders Fund

The Company is offering to the public “North American Equity Shares” and the Segregated Account Linked to the Shares is known as the “North American Founders Fund”.

The objective of the North American Founders Fund is to seek long term total return, measured in Dollars, primarily through investment in publicly traded equity securities of North American Issuers.
