The “Issuer” is a UK based special purpose investment and holding company structured by Oakley Capital Limited (“OCL”) through OCL’s Oakley Capital Private Equity III (“Fund III”). Axio Technical Intelligence Holdco Limited is a UK-based investment and holding company within the Group.

The Group operates a portfolio of companies including the TechInsights group. In 2017, Chipworks merged with TechInsights and the Group provides patent services and technology intelligence to its customers. TechInsights operates in the intellectual property and technology services market. The group has capabilities in semiconductor reverse engineering, which is used to prove patent infringement and understand the technology behind everyday consumer electronics.
