The Company is an investment holding company which owns 100% of the issued share capital of various subsidiaries. The shareholders of the Subsidiaries have sold all their shares including their intellectual property to the Company in terms of the Share Exchange Agreements. The principal object of the Issuer is to carry on the business of a holding and investment company. Accordingly, the Issuer does not undertake any trading activities.
