Jazz Financing I DAC; is an Irish incorporated designated activity company (limited by shares). They are a trading entity responsible for the treasury activities of Jazz Pharmaceuticals group of companies, including cash pooling, liquidity, counterparty and currency risk management.  They are also involved in the management and raising of debt and managing the relationship with banks and the capital markets and have provided certain guarantees and security in respect of our own, the Parent’s and certain of the Parent's subsidiaries’ indebtedness thereunder. The net proceeds from the initial offering was US$1,851,681,957.80. They have used the net proceeds from this offering to lend to an affiliate within the Jazz Pharmaceuticals group. The Notes are in registered form. The Current Noteholder is Jazz Pharmaceuticals International Limited.
