The principal activity of the Company is to act as an investment and holding company. On 27 July 2021,  relating to the novation of all of AXIO Technical Intelligence Holdco Limited’s rights and obligations in respect of the Instrument, the Notes, the PIK Notes and the Programmes to Maple Bidco Limited pursuant to the Deed of Novation, effective October 6, 2021.
