Isosceles is also registered as a seperate accounts company under the The Isosceles Insurance, Ltd. Act, 1997, as amended (the “Private Act”). The Issuer was incorporated under the laws of Bermuda on June 9, 1997. All of its issued and ordinary shares are held by Marsh Management Services (Bermuda) Ltd.
