Isosceles Insurance Ltd., (the “Issuer”) is a Bermuda exempted company licensed as a Class 3 insurer under the Bermuda Insurance Act 1978, as amended (“Bermuda Insurance Act”). Isosceles is also registered as a seperate accounts company under the The Isosceles Insurance, Ltd. Act, 1997, as amended (the “Private Act”). The Issuer was incorporated under the laws of Bermuda on June 9, 1997. All of its issued and ordinary shares are held by Marsh Management Services (Bermuda) Ltd.
