Mangrove Risk Solutions Bermuda Ltd., (the “Issuer”) is a Bermuda exempted company licensed as a Class 3 insurer under the Bermuda Insurance Act 1978, as amended (“Bermuda Insurance Act”). Isosceles is also registered as a seperate accounts company under the The Isosceles Insurance, Ltd. Act, 1997, as amended (the “Private Act”). The Issuer was incorporated under the laws of Bermuda on June 9, 1997. All of its issued and ordinary shares are held by Marsh Management Services (Bermuda) Ltd.

 Mangrove Risk Solutions Bermuda Ltd was previously known as Isosceles Insurance Ltd.  The name change was effective 15 April 2024.
