Offering its international and domestic customers a diverse range of international stock brokerage, investment management and nominee services as a recognised Trading Member of the Bermuda Stock Exchange.

Sponsoring Bermuda Stock Exchange listings: LOM Capital is on the list of recognized Sponsors for the BSX, with an ability to both initially Sponsor a new listing, invest fresh capital into the new public company and assist with after-market trading

Sourcing and Evaluating Deals: LOM Capital's customers are typically public companies, or private companies suitable for public listing (NASDAQ, TSE, CDNX, BSX, AIM, etc.)

Initial Public Offerings, Reverse Takeovers and Follow-On financings

Structuring and Documenting Selected Investment Opportunities - ranging from preparation of initial business plan to investment-ready prospectus

Acting as the agent in Private Placements

Monitoring passive investments and active turnaround management including the exercise of shareholder rights and management consultancy.
