Cancellation of Sunbird Business Services Ltd - Unsecured Load Note Programme

Hamilton, Bermuda – 14 May 2019 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the voluntary cancellation Sunbird Business Services Ltd - Unsecured Load Note Programme.  Sunbird Business Services Ltd filed the following release:

Sunbird Business Services Limited (the “Company”) advises that following the redemption on 1^st May 2019 of the remaining of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed issues Series B 3F 14% Notes and Series A 3F 10% Notes, the Company has no intention to issue any further loan notes under its note programme (the “Programme”) and has therefore requested that the BSX cancel the Programme as soon as possible after 10^th May 2019.
