Acamar Films Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms on 19^th November 2019 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£1,907,785,86 - Series 1, 8.50% Notes, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
