Acamar Films Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms on 19^th November 2019 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£162,079.73 - Series 2, 8.50% Notes , said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
