Hamilton, Bermuda – 15 January 2020 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Somers Limited (“Somers”, the “Company” or the “Group”; Ticker: SOM.BH) announced share repurchases. The filing stated:
Somers Limited (“Somers”), a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of December 2019, Somers purchased 238 of its own common shares (the “Shares”) at an average cost of $15.00 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
The number of common shares in issue as at December 31, 2019 was 20,670,010 (net of 838 treasury shares).
