Hamilton, Bermuda:  01 June 2020 –In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited (the “Bank”; Ticker: NTB.BH) advised that during the month of May 2020, the Bank purchased for Treasury 262,500 Common Shares at an average price of $ 22.02 per share.
