Early Redemption and Cancellation of Listing

Specialised Investments Limited (Company) wishes to announce that, pursuant to the terms of the bond instrument dated 30 May 2019 constituting the issue of up to £120,000,000.00, 10% unsecured bonds due 2024 (Instrument), the following securities have been pre-paid and redeemed in full:

USD 9,000,000 10 per cent. unsecured bonds due 2024 (Bonds)

with effect from 16 June 2020.

The Bonds represented all of the Bonds issued pursuant to the terms of the Instrument. As such, the Company will on the date of this announcement submit an application to the International Stock Exchange Listing Authority to de-list the Bonds.
