NB Reinsurance Ltd - Share Buy Back July 1 2020

Hamilton, Bermuda – 1 July 2020– – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), NB Reinsurance Ltd (“NB Re” or the “Company”), a Bermuda exempted company registered as (i) a Class 3 insurer and (ii) a segregated accounts company, announces that NB Re redeemed2,757 of its own preferred shares (the “Shares”) on July 1, 2020.  These Shares are to be held in a treasury account of the Company.
