Acamar Films Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption -- in accordance with their terms -- on 14^th November 2020 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP £275,000 - Series 12 9.00% Secured Loan Notes, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
