Delisting of Spectrum Capital Ltd., Series 2017-1 Class A & B Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes & Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Program

Hamilton, Bermuda – 16th, September 2021 – Spectrum Capital Ltd., (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the delisting of the Company’s BSX listed Series 2017-1 Class A & B Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes (the Notes) & the Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Note Program (the Program).

 

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes and the Program pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Thursday, 16th, September 2021.
