Hamilton, Bermuda – 2^nd, November 2021 – In a filing with The Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”) the Directors of Performa High Yield Fund Ltd (the “Company”), Performa Liquid Assets Fund Ltd (the “Company”). and Performa International Bond Fund – USD a sub-fund of Performa Reserve Fund Ltd(the “Company”) have advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange that by way of written notice dated 12^th, May 2021 the Shareholders approved to delist the funds from the Exchange.

 

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Funds pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.31 (2) (i) & (ii). The de-listing from the Exchange is effective Today Tuesday, 2^nd, November 2021.
