Hamilton, Bermuda:  3^rd, November 2021 – CLSA Global Markets PTE Ltd (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of the extension of the maturity date of the Company’s BSX listedCLSA Global Markets PTE Ltd – Lic Housing Finance – Rule 144A & Reg S Due 7^th, October 2019 to 25^th, September 2022 (the Certificates).

 

 

The Exchange has therefore extended the maturity date of the Certificates pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The extension on the Exchange is effective today Wednesday, 3^rd, November 2021.
