Bermuda Stock Exchange Revises Caribbean Investment Holdings Limited’s BSX Listing to a Primary Listing
Hamilton, Bermuda: 30th, November 2021 – Bermuda Stock Exchange Revises Caribbean Investment Holdings Limited’s BSX Listing to a Primary Listing.
Following the de-listing of the ordinary shares of Caribbean Investment Holdings Limited, (the “Company” or CIHL.BH) from the AIM of the LSE, and at the request of the Company, the Bermuda Stock Exchange has revised the listing status of the Company’s ordinary shares on the BSX to that of a Primary Listing.
The Exchange’s Qualified Investor Requirements now apply to the Company’s listed ordinary shares.
