Artex SAC Limited (the “Issuer”), acting in respect of its segregated account designated as “Aquarelle", and its USD 50,000,000 Series 2021 Class A Variable Rate Notes due 20 December 2023 has advised the Exchange that, pursuant to the terms of the Prospectus Supplement No. 28 dated May 13, 2021 to the Prospectus dated 03 May 2021, the Ceding Insurer has elected to impose a Variable Reset effective December 13, 2021 which will amend the following terms:
