Time Finance plc has expanded the role of its Chief Financial Officer, James Roberts of 2nd Floor, St James House, The Square, Lower Bristol Road, Bath, BA2 3BH, United Kingdom, to also act as Company Secretary. This is effective from 14^th April 2022 following the departure of the previous Company Secretary, Jennifer Bodey, from the business.
